Without a plan to drive intentional strategies and ensure steady progress, nothing new happens—or if it does, it's reactionary, with leadership drifting aimlessly. With guidance, a strategic plan can be both focused and flexible, driving purposeful change and keeping us accountable for results. This interactive workshop is designed to help leaders develop organizational strategic plans, as well as departmental plans which support the broader organizational strategy.
