Focused on improving mobility and strength, this class is aimed at helping everyone stay injury free. This is a great way to hold yourself accountable to adding strength work to your routine this summer! Participants should bring their own mats.
The series will run Wednesday mornings at 7am, June 4 - July 16. Single class passes may be redeemed for any date. Series passes entitle the pass holder to every class but must be used by the person named on the pass. All classes will take place at Terra Running Company.
