To take advantage of this program you must attend one of our free, WSHFC seminars to get the required certificate, led by brilliant instructors, 🏦 Rosa Briggs, Sr. Mortgage Advisor, and 🏡 Morgan Reick, local Realtor®️, who will guide you through the entire home-buying process and provide expert tips and insights about the market, and buying a home. Plus, parking, lunch and snacks are provided! This class will be held in Bothell.
