Guided Forest Therapy Experience

Take a gentle pause from the busyness of life and join me for a guided Forest Therapy Walk near the peaceful Clopper Lake, nestled in the heart of Seneca Creek State Park. This is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world in a meaningful and nourishing way.

During this 2.5-hour experience, we’ll move at a relaxed pace along a short trail, allowing our senses to guide us. Through a series of mindful invitations, you’ll be encouraged to notice, feel, and be fully present with the world around you. There will be moments of quiet reflection, opportunities to share, and a closing tea ceremony to ground and integrate the experience.

This practice is rooted in the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) and is designed to support emotional, physical, and mental well-being. No previous experience is needed—just bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking inspiration, or simply longing for stillness, this walk is a chance to remember your place in nature and receive whatever it is you need in the moment.
