Power Yoga Flow

This class is designed for those who are an experienced yogi. We will be flowing thorough a strength building vinyasa practice while using breath work and guided meditation. Participant must be able to get up and down from the floor level. Modifications will be offered. This class weather dependent and is held outdoors so please be sure to bring water, a towel, yoga mat, bug spray, and sunscreen. There will be a limited number of yoga mats if you do not have one.
