Imagine counselling that isn't confined by four walls. In walk and talk sessions, the natural world becomes an integral part of your healing process. Studies have shown that physical movement can enhance cognitive function and emotional regulation.

Walk and talk counselling sessions will be held on Tuesdays by appointment. They are 51 - 60 mins long. Please dress comfortably and wear appropriate shoes. You are more than welcome to bring water, maybe a small snack and don’t forget the sunscreen.
