Following this, Lori will guide you through a calming meditation with chakra singing bowls to harness the moon's energy, let go of what no longer serves you, and restore inner balance. The session will close with a sacred circle, where we will symbolically burn our releases and gratitude in a cauldron, sending them out into the universe.
