Birds - Pastel - Arty Obsessions Workshop

Who doesn't love our local birds? Whether it's the noisy rainbow lorikeets, cheeky emu or quirky tawny frog mouth, they are full of life and character.

Join us in depicting these lovely characters using soft pastels.

We will learn how to enlarge an image, experiment with different applications of pastel and about the use of complementary colours to make your work 'sing'.

Images will be provided, but please bring any bird images that inspire you. Good quality images are preferable and easier to work from.

Suitable for all skill levels.

Tea, coffee and simple lunch provided.
