This clinic is for you if you have some experience mountain biking on mostly green single-track trails and maybe have had formal or informal instruction. You may also be coming from a road or gravel biking background wanting to get into mountain biking. You’re looking to learn or refresh fundamental skills and gain more confidence on your bike!
We will start with the fundamental skills of stability and balance, understand operation of bike controls required to safely and efficiently climb and descend, and work on un-learning any potential bad habits.
