Open Door - Meditation & Breath Work

Open Door lasts about an hour, with a little bit of instruction and then breath work and meditation practices lasting 20 minutes or so each. Afterward you are welcome to stay for tea. This is a non-commercial community event so we don’t want your money, just your presence.
The name signifies that all are welcome, but it’s also meant as an invitation to see what it might be like to walk through the open door that lies within each of us.
The practices come from Yoga and Buddhism, but Open Door isn’t meant as a religious thing. The invitation is simply to come together once a week, to calm the body and the mind, and see where the practice takes us. Please join us!
