Unarmed Martial Arts/Close Quarters - Brawling on Stage
- This is a month long unit focusing building skills that culminates in a choreographed sequence at the end of the month
- For the best experience we recommend attending at least 1x a week, BUT classes are made accessible for those who drop-in at anytime!
Cost:
1st time intro classes are free and subsequent drop-in classes are $20.
Memberships and "friends" plans are available to reduce the cost per class.

Attendance is currently limited due to Covid precautions.
Covid Protocols:
- This is an indoor practice and masks (maintaining coverage of the mouth and nose) will be required. No exceptions
We understand the above restrictions might be not be for everyone, but the nature of our work necessitates them. We look forward to meeting you at a future date where these safety measures are no longer needed if you are unable/unwilling to follow them.
Practice Structure:
- 1st part: Drills and skills training (30 mins)
- 2nd part: Rotating topic of instruction (1hr)
- 3rd part: Rotation between open floor or choreography training. (30 mins)
