Join us for this exciting program, Birds of Prey: The Science of Birds in Flight.
We’re partnering with Ellen Kalish from the Ravensbeard Wildlife Center to present an engaging program in the museum pavilion. You’ll have the opportunity to meet a variety of raptors, learn about their natural habitats, discover their unique features, understand their role in rodent control, and hear the fascinating story about how they ended up at the Center with Ellen. And at the end of the program, you’ll have the chance to get an up-close look at these magnificent birds of prey.
Additionally, you can unleash your creativity by crafting your very own birds to take home.
*All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
COST: $8.00 MHDM member, $10.00 non-member
