6 Week Weight Management Program
Starts: 1st Monday of each month

How it works:
Week 1: Attend sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Weeks 2–6: Create a schedule that works for you!

This program combines education, support, and accountability to help you build healthy habits and reach your goals.

In the first week, we’ll cover:
-Pre/post assessments
-Nutrition basics
-How to use exercise equipment

After Week 1–2, you’ll:
-Complete 150 minutes of exercise per week on your own
-Track your food choices

What to expect:
-Most participants lose 1–5 pounds over the 6 weeks.

Required:
*Fitness Plus membership
*$25 program registration fee
Or non-members can sign-up for $90 which includes a 6-week membership.
