6-Week Program
Start Date: August 4th

*Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10AM
*After the first 1-2 weeks, the schedule will be flexible

This 6-week program combines education and accountability to help you achieve your goals. In the first few sessions, we’ll cover:

*Pre/Post Assessments
*Nutrition education
*Exercise equipment demonstrations

After the first 1-2 weeks, you’ll be expected to:

*Complete 150 minutes of exercise each week independently
*Monitor your food choices


While results vary, participants typically lose 1-5 lbs over the 6 weeks.

*Fitness Plus membership is required + $25 Registration fee. A short-term 6-week membership is available for $65.*
