This course is a true introduction to yoga β€” perfect if you’ve never stepped onto a mat, or if it’s been a long time.

We move through the body from the ground up:

Weeks 1–2: feet, legs, and grounding postures
Weeks 3–4: hips, pelvic mobility, lower back support
Weeks 5–6: core strength and spinal health
Weeks 7–8: shoulders, heart-opening and gentle twists

You’ll learn foundational poses, safe alignment, simple breathing techniques, and how to move with awareness. Each class ends with guided relaxation to leave you calm and centred.

Perfect for: absolute beginners or anyone wanting a fresh, body-aware start to yoga.
