Fall Forward is excited to be offering FREE weekly Meditation sessions, open to anyone in our community. This weeks session facilitated by Koko from SunMoonFlow! Koko is a certified (RYT-500hr) yoga teacher and a space holder. She values empowering one and another with loving-kindness, compassion, joy and freedom from the heart.


Meditation will be held every Tuesday from 9:30am - 10:15am. We love seeing new faces! Invite your friends, join our community and connect over some mindful activities.
