Our Moving Mums program is designed for mums who want to move their bodies again but aren’t sure what’s safe, what’s effective, or how to get started. Whether you're weeks, months or even years postnatal, we’ll guide you gently and confidently back into exercise – with expert support every step of the way.

Led by Exercise Physiologists who understand the postnatal body, this program will help you:
✨ Rebuild core and pelvic floor strength
✨ Improve posture and ease common aches and pains
✨ Boost your energy and confidence
✨ Connect with other mums in a supportive space

👶 Babies are welcome – we work around naps, cuddles, and chaos
