Start your Sunday out in a peaceful place and a gentle LOVE for your body!
All levels of yogis are welcome to join us!
We meet on the far east end of the Holland State Park Channel, on the fisherman's dock. So technically it is not in the park, but right before! You will see our purple YOGA flag flying!! It's called Black Lake Boardwalk West.
Please bring your own mat or if you need one, please let me know ahead of time.
The Holland State Park parking lot is open, you will need the recreation pass on your car.
You can park in or out of the park in designated parking spaces.
You will need to take a short walk to get to us.
Class will run Sundays, June 22 through August 31!
