Join Rachel every other Tuesday beginning on April 29th to discover the transformative power of meditation in a grounded, warm, welcoming community. Our Meditation Club is designed for everyone—from beginners to seasoned practitioners—who want to explore mindfulness, learn effective techniques, and share the journey of inner growth with like-minded individuals.

In our sessions, you'll experience:
