Scotch Broom Removal Work Party @ Maple Creek Reach

After a successful Earth Day Restoration Celebration, 2,000 square feet of invasive scotch broom was removed, but there is still a lot of work to do. Join Whatcom Land Trust and Nooksack Salmon Enhacement Association for a day of restoration and taking in the beautiful views at Maple Creek Reach. This protected land has seen restoration efforts for the past 15 years, and it is critical to keep the momentum going, restoring this critical habitat for bald eagles and all five species of Pacific salmon.
