Sketchbook Binding & More: Exploring the Landscapes of Our Lives

This one-day introductory workshop led by artist and quilt instructor Patricia Grice leads you through the process of making a small four-patch quilt. Inspired by exhibitions past and present – Black Pioneers: Legacy in the American West (2022) and Perseverance: A Woman’s Journey (2025) – this workshop will teach you the basic quilting steps including fabric selections, measuring and cutting, hand stitching, and finishing techniques. No experience necessary.

Workshop fee includes supplies and museum admission. $95; $85 Members. Space is limited; advance registration required. Please bring your own lunch. Coffee, tea and water provided.
