Focus your Flow: a weekly summer series at RISE

Join Wendy every Thursday at 5:30 pm this summer during our weekly Focused Flow class to bring some additional focus and awareness into a particular pose, sequence or theme each week. This series is great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike to come back to the foundations of their practice, maybe shedding new light on a familiar pose, or moving through a sequence in a different way for the first time, bringing a fresh lens to your routine practice.

June 5 - Warrior 1
June 12 - Eagle (with Judy)
June 19th - Sun Salutations
June 26 - Twists (with Judy)
July 3 - Warrior 2
July 10 - CLASS BREAK- join Aurora for "Rooted and Rising" workshop from 6:30-8:30
July 17 - Warrior 3
July 24 - Heart Openers (with Judy)
July 31 - Finding center - creating a sense of stability and grounding
Aug 7 - Pigeon Pose
Aug 14 - Core strengthening
Aug 21 - Bird of Paradise
Aug 28 - Gratitude and Self-Love

To join, register for any of our Focused Flow classes through the summer months or purchase a class pass which are valid at any regular group studio class!
