Cacao, Breath & Sound

Join Jon of Aetheric Sound Healing and David of Errant Empire every Sunday for a weekly ritual of self-care. Every session begins with a warm cup of Cacao (natural chocolate) followed by some Breathwork, guided by Jon. Then lay back in a warm cocoon while your entire being is wrapped a crystal bowl sound bath frequencies. It is truly a beautiful experience. Feel free to share your experiences or remain quiet.
