Lime Cilantro Oyster Shooter
Served on a bed of citrus vinaigrette frisée

Course 2: Appetizer
Scallop with Mushroom and Cream Cheese Risotto Seared scallop over crimini mushroom and Mt. Tam triple cream cheese risotto

Course 3: Salad
Bourbon Pickled Pear Salad with Apple Dijon Vinaigrette Pickled pears on a bed of arugula, topped with prosciutto, dried cherries, Stilton-style Shropshire cheese, roasted almonds, thyme, and microgreens

Course 4: Entrée
Filet Mignon
Served with a parsnip purée smear, heirloom carrots, and a whisky peppercorn cream sauce

Course 5: Dessert
Chocolate and Coconut Ganache Truffles
Rich chocolate truffles coated in silky coconut ganache
