Back in '98, the elusive Stephen Black and a wild crew of grape-growing misfits farmers, philosophers, and a few dyslexic fiends shook red-stained hands by the fire and started something special: a rebellious little winery making small-batch, high-quality wine from the Barossa’s finest vines.
These days, Mr. Black is harder to find than a sober poet in Spain, but his legacy lives on. His sons, Charlie & Joe, are now stirring the pot, working with the same legendary fruit and a loyal crew of Conspirators creating bold, beautiful wines that honour the past and push things forward.
