Unite your breath and movement. Tyson will guide you as you stretch, lunge and twist to build strength, balance and flexibility. Seated and standing postures. Modifications available for all levels of yogis.

Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, bolster and any other props that you'd like for support during your practice. Dress comfortably and come hydrated with your sealed water bottle in tow. Namaste. 🙌✨❤
