FITSTEPS FAB DANCE FITNESS: Where fun is Mandatory!

Scientists confirm: Dancing like a slightly dramatic Flamenco star burns calories AND boosts happiness!

FitSteps for All Bodies (FAB for short) is a dance fitness workout designed for people who love to dance, want to keep fit, but for a variety of reasons, prefer a lighter intensity, lower impact and perhaps a slower pace. FAB combines old style dance genres such as the Bossa Nova & Foxtrot to the Flamenco & Argentinian Tango.

The workout combines sway and swing roots, making it great fun to do whether young or simply young at heart and there is no need for a partner.

The dance steps are easier to follow enabling more participants to have fun getting fit while learning fun dance routines.

Join us TOMORROW at 9:30 AM at West Cross Community Centre for FitSteps FAB the class where:
- “Graceful” is optional.
- Laughing at your own two-left-feet syndrome is encouraged.
- The only rule is NO JUDGING.
