Just-Us are singer-songwriters who are captivating performers, bringing their audience into a world of music, family, and love. After moving to Dallas from Oregon, they found their musical niche.........Americana-influenced folk, rock, pop, and blues.
Jeff is a musician who for many years in touring bands, duos, and lounge acts, has played music from Classic Rock and Roll to Blues to Pop Music, always with the creativity and dynamics of an artist. A multi-instrumentalist, he has found that he enjoys the acoustic guitar as his #1 instrument. As a journeyman luthier formerly with Breedlove Guitar, his guitar knowledge has helped him create his own distinct, playing style and sound.
Julie, has a voice that is easy to listen to. The unique sound of Julie's vocals can quiet a crowded room with an airy whisper and draws you into every word she sings, then the next song she is a rock goddess, with the growl and passion that shakes the walls.
Together, as Just-Us, they write songs of love, heartbreak, and life, always trying to smear the edges of genre. With Jeff’s unique, clean guitar playing, and Julie’s vocals, the “Just-Us” harmonies, onstage, they create a musical experience.
