Ready for fun & flirty way to move? Chair Dance is a sassy session that incorporates sexy shapes, fluidity, and music - using a chair. We'll build a choreographed routine filled with tricks & transitions, that you can take home! There will be time at the end to get a recording if you choose. Leave class feeling empowered, sexy, and strong. Suitable for all levels. Attire: barefoot or socks, knee covering recommended (knee pads, leggings, or leg warmers).
