Profit Soup: Stop Guessing. Start Growing.

Are you running your business based on your gut feeling instead of your financial data? It's time to trade uncertainty for confidence. This exclusive five-week Profit Soup cohort is designed to turn your financial statements from a source of confusion into your most powerful tool for making smart decisions and driving real growth.

This isn't just another class. Led by SBDC business consultant Shane Groff, this hybrid program combines high-energy, on-demand video lessons with weekly in-person strategy sessions. You’ll join a small group of local business owners to discuss what you're learning, strategize together, and hold each other accountable.

What You Get:

- The complete Profit Soup online learning system (a $495 value).

- Five weekly, hands-on cohort meetings to apply what you've learned.

- The confidence to read, understand, and act on your financial reports.

- A clear path to improving your cash flow and profitability.

- A special, discounted rate of $350, made possible by our generous sponsor, the Texas Panhandle Regional Development Corporation!

Is This Program the Right Fit for You?

This cohort is designed for action-takers. You are a great fit if:

- You have been in business for more than one year.

- You have existing, accurate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).

- Your business is located in the Texas Panhandle.

- You are ready to commit approximately 2-3 hours per week to building a stronger, more profitable business.

Please note: This is a high-level strategy program, not a bookkeeping class. Priority will be given to current clients of America's SBDC at WTAMU and the WT Enterprise Center.
