Fourth of July in Downtown Decatur

Celebrate the Fourth of July in #DecaturGA! 🇺🇸 Fireworks, live music, and our annual Pied Piper parade! It’s a full evening of hometown-style fun, and all the red, white, and blue we can gather!

Take part in the parade —walk, skate, bike, or go big with a float! Drumlines, dance teams, neighborhoods, schools, churches – everyone is welcome! We’ll have prizes for the best-dressed participants. (Sign up online.) This year, the parade ends at the community greenspace at the corner of Commerce Drive and Trinity Place.

After the parade, enjoy a free community concert. The Dammages play at 7 pm followed by Mike Veal Band at 8 pm. End the evening with a boom! Fireworks start at dark (approximately 9 pm).
