These sessions are an invitation to come home to yourself.
Step into a 90-minute sound healing experience designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system restoration, and heart-opening. We begin with Mama Cacao, the heart-opening plant spirit that grounds us gently and invites us to become kinder, more compassionate listeners to what’s stirring within, preparing us to receive the healing waves of sound.
From here, we move into a sonic landscape that speaks directly to the soul. Through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, voice, flute, chimes, guitar, and earthy percussion, you'll be held in a deeply nourishing soundscape that invites release, presence, and inner alignment. The journey is intuitively shaped, bringing through what is required in the moment.
This is a space where you can tune in with what's currently alive within you, let go of what no longer serves, and reconnect with the truth of who you are — vibrant, wise, and whole.
Sound Healing may support you to:
- Ease anxiety, fatigue, stress, and emotional overwhelm
- Regulate and replenish your nervous system
- Release physical and energetic tension
- Awaken your body’s innate healing capacity
- Access clarity and inner guidance
- Integrate stored trauma in a gentle way
- Reconnect with your soul’s wisdom and purpose
- Strengthen your immune system and vagal tone
Each session is intuitively guided and uniquely attuned to the group’s energy. No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to receive and be present with whatever arises.
What to bring: Please come prepared to rest on the ground in comfort. Bring:
- A yoga/camping mat or something soft to lie on
- A pillow or bolster for under your knees
- A blanket, pillow, and optional eye cover
- Any personal items you wish to charge, cleanse, or journey with
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before we begin — we start on time to honour the container.
You are welcome just as you are.
These gatherings are open to everyone and held with care, reverence, and compassion.

Tickets are on a sliding scale from $30-$40.
