These intensives are a wonderful way to enhance your other practices, explore the principles of alignement and common postures like forward folds, backbends, twists and more.
The workshop on Sunday 29th June will focus on Backbends.
The next dates are August 31.
All are stand-alone workshops, suitable for students who have a consistent practice in standing asana, forward and back bends, and ideally some inversions. It is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or who is suffering high blood pressure, heart or eye problems.
Each workshop needs a minimum of 6 people for it to go ahead. Please be sure to book your spot
