Meeting Description: Group Meditation for Mental Health and Recovery

Join us for a 60-minute in-person group meditation session at the Summit Recovery Hub, designed to integrate meditation into your recovery practice. This session will guide you in learning how to meditate, helping you sit with yourself and embrace mindfulness.

Meditation is a powerful tool in recovery, offering support by improving mindfulness, relieving stress, and allowing you to sit with difficult emotions. It's an opportunity to practice self-compassion and enhance your overall well-being.

Our sessions are held every Monday at 6 PM. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this group is a welcoming space for all. Come as you are, and let's explore the benefits of meditation together!
