Questing the Creative Heart, Rewriting Wellness

A series of classes (live and online), workshops, private consultations, all culminating in a week-long retreat in Italy. The event will present the decades long collaboration and research combining Eastern Medicine Theory, Elemental Body Alignment System, Movement theory, Narrative Medicine and Wellness. The retreat will advocate for a paradigm where creative arts themselves become the medicine, integrating artistic practices directly into the healing regimen, placing creativity at the heart of health and wellness.
