Energize your body and mind by starting off the day with a 2 mile wooded hike followed with stretching, and mindful breathing.
Due to construction starting at Greenwood Pond, we are changing our meeting location to the Bill Riley Trailhead, with parking at Ashworth Pool. This will allow us to walk the single track trails on the east side of the path and the bike trail as needed. This will be our meeting location for the duration of construction.
