Join us for a FREE, 1-hour D1 Training workout. This class is open to all ages and all fitness levels! Whether you are looking to break a sweat, get moving with friends, or simply enjoy the fresh air, this class is the perfect way to kick start your weekend!
Led by a certified instructor, the 1-hour workout will take you through a dynamic warm up, conditioning exercises, strength training, core and conditioning work, and a cool down.
๐When: Saturday, July 19, August 16, September 20, from 9:00 am-10:00 am
๐Where: the Artemis Pavilion in MidCity - corner of MidCity Drive and Sanderson Road
๐What to bring: wear comfy clothes you can move in, tennis shoes, a water bottle, mat or towel, and a friend/child/spouse or partner!
