Weβre so excited to introduce Stony Pointβs Mall Walker program β kicking off on August 12th, from 8:30 β 10am, continuing every second Tuesday of the month! Please meet at the entrance by the dog park, near RH! πΆββοΈπͺβ₯οΈ
The first walk will include breakfast bars, waters, and snacks β as well as $2 to-go coffees from Eggspectation, and special coupons + giveaways! ππ
Every walk will include a brief 10-minute health talk, demonstration, or movement with Anytime Fitness RVA prior to walking. For example, a discussion regarding heart health, chair yoga, etc. π§ββοΈ
One lap around the interior of the property is ΒΎ of a mile. Mile markers will be located throughout the center for reference, as well as a physical Mall Walkers map that you can grab!
