Join Dawn in our spacious, light-filled studio for a deep dive into exploring gentle yoga and dance based movement with somatic emotional exercises. This is a 90-minute workshop-style class designed to offer you tools to develop greater physical and emotional stability, flexibility, strength. This is an all levels practice. Props provided, but feel free to bring your own items of comfort. Dawn Morris, LT, CYT 200, is a trauma informed practitioner who has been practicing yoga since 1995.
