Tune-in to your inherent insight, peacefulness, and compassion through quiet sitting and walking meditation. This can help unwind from the workday and reset for the week. We are all invited to slow down, take a breath, and develop more appreciation for ourselves and the world.
FREE! Everyone welcome, especially beginners. Meditation instruction available.
We will be practicing basic walking and sitting meditation in 30-minute blocks. Please plan to arrive when the doors open at 5:55, 6:30, and 7:00. To maintain an atmosphere of peace and quiet, please arrive no later than 5 minutes past opening time.
You are welcome to meditate for 30, 60, or 90 minutes; whatever feels right and restful for you.
