PARM BULWELL- Projection Augmented Relief Model

Come and experience The Bulwell PARM – a unique three-dimensional model of Bulwell Ward that brings our community to life through stories, questions, and shared experiences.

This interactive installation blends lived memories with map-based data to explore what makes Bulwell special.

Led by Dr Tara Webster-Deakin from the University of Nottingham, and supported by PhD students, this award-winning project invites residents to stop by, say hello, and join conversations about life in Bulwell – the joys, the challenges, and the moments that matter.

Designed and built at the University of Nottingham, The PARM won the 2024 British Cartographic Society Award for ‘Map of the Year’. Trust us – it’s genuinely impressive!
