Please join us for Memory Care Connections
Guided by our Memory Care Support Specialist, come for a time of support and understanding with others who are facing similar challenges related to caring for someone with Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia. We’ll have different conversations and education for each date. Light breakfast will be provided.
We will be meeting on the third Saturday of the month at 10 a.m.
• February 15th: Managing Behaviors and Dementia
• March 15th: Sundowning and Dementia
• April 19th: Over Stimulation within the Environment
• May 17th: Virtual Dementia Tour
• June 21st: Adapting Communication
• July 19th: Managing Doctor Appointments and Hospitalizations
• August 16th: Dining and Nutrition
• September 20th: Sleep Problems
• October 18th: Virtual Dementia Tour
• November 15th: Home for the Holidays
