Suitable for beginners, Those with Arthritis and anyone wishing to become stronger.

If you are a client of Ardor Wellbeing you will know that I always encourage strength training.
You might be wondering what it involves and where to begin.

What you need 😊
1-🟠If you don’t normally use weights
You will need 2kg Dumbbells one for each arm.
But it’s advisable to go to a shop that sells dumbbells and lift a 2kg or 3kg dumbbell to see what you feel comfortable with it.

🔵Resistance bands
With no handles
I will send a link of which ones.

🟣Yoga matt

£5.00 deposit to be paid by bank transfer when you book. This is to secure your spot.
£5.00 remaining can be made by bank transfer or cash on the night
Your welcome to pay the full £10 when booking.
