Brave Beats aims to empower people through a supported group drumming experience that gives participants the space to explore musically what is difficult to express in words alone, to move beyond their perceived limits, and to build connection amongst group members while enhancing communication and resilience.

Participants will engage in active music making as a group with an emphasis on connection and community
