10 a.m. | Performance by Ballet Wichita dancers: an excerpt of this year’s Ballet in the Park production “Sleeping Beauty,” where Sleeping Beauty receives gifts of courage and bravery from the fairies.
10:30 a.m. | Story time: a reading of the book “When You are Brave,” about a young girl who has to have the courage and face the difficult challenges of saying goodbye to what is known and making space for life in a new city.
11 a.m. | Art project: create a “Fearless Friend” clay pinch pot.
