Yoga for Vets & 1st Responders

Join Humble Warrior every Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm at the Tulsa VFW 577

Classes will utilize slow, mindful movements and breathing techniques to create a sense of strength and stability.

You do not have to have any prior yoga experience - if you can breathe, you can practice yoga!

All clothes are yoga clothes - wear whatever you are comfortable moving and stretching in.

Yoga is often practiced in bare feet or socks; you may leave your shoes on if you prefer. You can practice from a chair or on a mat.

All donations help fund Megan’s Mission, a veteran’s program by Humble Warrior Collective.

Megan’s Mission provides veterans with resources to slow down, recognize, and navigate through their PTSD triggers by utilizing the tools of yoga. This program is dedicated to SPC. Megan Widner Johnson Combat Medic, Operation Iraqi Freedom 1980-2019
