Fitness in the Parks: Circuit Training at Buffalo RiverWorks

Weβve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Buffalo RiverWorks on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. for Circuit Training during #FitnessintheParks. This class offers a combination of low- and high-impact aerobics training, bodyweight strength training, and core work, making it a total body workout! Exercises can be tailored to a variety of levels for all to join.
Class takes place on the Independent Health Rinks. Please note, participants should plan to bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.
