Held on the 2nd and 3rd of August 2025 at the Melbourne Showgrounds, Town Square Pavilion 08.
Doors are open 9am – 4pm
- General admission $20.00
- Children under 16 are free when accompanied by a paid ticket
Tickets are available at the door or via the Model Train Show Trybooking page.
Train ride does not include entry to the exhibition.
Alternate entry is via Gate No 5 via Langs Road, Ascot Vale.

Family $54 (2 adults & 2 children OR 1 adult & 4 children)
Under 3 Free
Return tickets are to be purchased to travel on the desired train from Flinders Street to Showgrounds.
Your ticket will allow boarding of any return trains departing Showgrounds for Flinders Street.
One way tickets will be available to purchase on the platform at Showgrounds.
