Shodo TaiChi was created by Master Quang Van Tran based on his over 50 years of studying, researching and teaching Acupuncture, Aikido and TaiChi.
Through the movements of the hands, arms, legs, head and back while sitting and bouncing on an exercise ball, Shodo TaiChi stimulates the acupuncture meridians to heal the body and enhance the health of the internal organs.
