This class is perfect for beginners in canning or anyone looking for a refresher. Participants will learn the basics of water bath canning for high-acid foods, including fruits, pickles, and tomatoes, as well as the pressure canning method used for safely preserving low-acid foods like vegetables, meats, soups, and stews. The session will conclude with a brief live demonstration of both canning techniques.
